Salary:
R237 453 – R279 708 per annum (Level 05)
The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.
Centre:
Eastern Cape Division of the High Court: Makhanda
Requirements:
- Grade 12 certificate or equivalent qualification recognised by SAQA
- No experience required
- A valid driver’s licence will be an added advantage
Assessment:
- Shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a pre-entry practical exercise to assess technical and generic competencies
Knowledge and Skills:
- Computer literacy (MS Word and Excel)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Planning and organisational skills
- Problem-solving ability
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good time management
- Telephone etiquette
Duties:
- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Court
- Maintain a complete, reliable, and accurate asset register for departmental assets
- Conduct physical verification of assets to ensure accuracy and existence
- Identify and report:
- Lost or stolen assets
- Damaged, obsolete, redundant, or underperforming assets
- Monitor leased assets and track expiring contracts
