Requirements
- Minimum ABET Level 4 qualification.
- 0–6 months relevant experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal).
- Basic knowledge of health and safety practices.
- Knowledge of maintenance equipment and tools.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Punctual and reliable.
Duties
- Conduct regular inspections of the unit.
- Perform minor electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs.
- Maintain office equipment and furniture.
- Repair damaged furniture and equipment.
- Report maintenance defects.
- Safeguard and maintain maintenance tools and supplies.
- Load and unload equipment and other materials as required.
- Remove refuse from the premises.
- Load refuse onto trucks for transport to disposal sites or designated burning areas.
- Ensure the unit and surrounding areas are kept clean, neat, and well-maintained.
