Requirements
- Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6, SAQA recognised) in:
- Business Administration / Management
- Public Administration / Management
- Operations / Accounting / Finance
- Valid driver’s licence
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in:
- Client services, or
- Claims processing, or
- Operations / Insurance environment

- Unemployment Insurance Act (UIA)
- Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act (UICA)
- Department of Employment and Labour & UIF policies
- Operations systems
- Batho Pele Principles
- Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA)

Duties
- Provide Unemployment Insurance services to clients
- Handle applications and ensure quality assurance
- Administer UI claims and processing services
