POST 13/176: ADMIN CLERK – PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT)

Salary:
R228 321 per annum

Requirements:

  • Minimum National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
  • Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of:
    • Treasury regulations
    • Financial management
    • Report writing and submissions
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette

Duties:

  • Provide general project delivery support
  • Draft correspondence as required
  • Coordinate documentation for multiple ongoing projects
  • Print, photocopy, and bind documentation folders
  • Maintain contractor and consultant database
  • Coordinate audit queries
  • Submit and maintain records of monthly PMO reports
  • Facilitate processing of invoices for consultants, contractors, and suppliers
  • Ensure compliance with invoicing requirements and payment authorisations
  • Provide secretariat support to professional committees and internal meetings
  • Arrange meetings and workshops
  • Prepare and type correspondence and documents
  • Provide general office administration support
  • Process staff claims and advance forms
  • Coordinate travel arrangements
  • Process subsistence and travel claims
  • Manage leave administration
