POST 13/176: ADMIN CLERK – PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGEMENT)
Salary:
R228 321 per annum

Requirements:
- Minimum National Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Basic knowledge of:
- Treasury regulations
- Financial management
- Report writing and submissions
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills and telephone etiquette
Duties:
- Provide general project delivery support
- Draft correspondence as required
- Coordinate documentation for multiple ongoing projects
- Print, photocopy, and bind documentation folders
- Maintain contractor and consultant database
- Coordinate audit queries
- Submit and maintain records of monthly PMO reports
- Facilitate processing of invoices for consultants, contractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with invoicing requirements and payment authorisations
- Provide secretariat support to professional committees and internal meetings
- Arrange meetings and workshops
- Prepare and type correspondence and documents
- Provide general office administration support
- Process staff claims and advance forms
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Process subsistence and travel claims
- Manage leave administration
