POSITION: Inventory Clerk (Ref No: HRMC 17/26/25)
DIRECTORATE: Supply Chain Management

SALARY:
R228 321 – R268 950 per year (Level 05) (basic salary)

LOCATION:
Head Office: Tshwane


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Undergraduate qualification at NQF Level 5 (recognized by SAQA)

DUTIES:

  • Receive and issue goods (stock items)
  • Capture requests on the LOGIS Procurement Integration system
  • Receive and record face value forms
  • Issue stock from the warehouse and update bin cards
  • Prepare courier shipments (local and international)
  • Monitor and update minimum stock levels
  • Receive and record requisitions from end-users
  • Provide accounting and warehouse clerical support
  • Process transactions according to SOPs, legislation, and procurement policies
  • Maintain registers and conduct stocktaking and reconciliations
  • Perform procurement administration duties efficiently
  • Safeguard warehouse stock and materials
  • Conduct spot checks and stocktaking
  • Follow up with suppliers on outstanding deliveries
