Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate qualification (NQF Level 6) recognised by SAQA in one of the following:
- Financial Management
- Financial Accounting
- Cost and Management Accounting
- Accounting
- Accountancy
- Public Finance Management
- No experience required.
- Applicants must not have previously participated in any internship programme in either the public or private sector.
Knowledge Required
- Public Finance Management.
- Relevant financial systems.
- Reconciliation processes.
- Batho Pele Principles.
- Generally Recognised Accounting Practice (GRAP).
- Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Key Duties
- Assist in maintaining debtors’ accounts and collecting outstanding contributions.
- Support the maintenance of SARS and sundry debtors’ records.
- Follow up on outstanding sundry payments.
- Assist with allocating non-SARS unallocated electronic contributions to the correct debtor accounts.
