Requirements
- ABET Level 4 Certificate
Knowledge and Skills:
- Basic knowledge of facilities and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) regulations
- Familiarity with cleaning procedures
- Good communication skills
- Basic writing skills
- Interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills
Duties
- Dust and polish office furniture
- Clean blinds and glass doors
- Empty, wash, and line dustbins
- Sweep and mop floors
- Report faulty cleaning machines and equipment
- Refill toilet paper, hand towels, and liquid soap
- Clean mirrors, wall tiles, and restroom areas
- Remove refuse from public areas
- Clean reception areas, entrances, stairs, corridors, lifts, and lobbies
