POSITION: Administration Clerk – 4 Posts Available

SALARY:
R228 321 – R268 950 per year
The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.


LOCATION / CENTRES:

  • Magistrate Office: Port Elizabeth (Ref No: 69/26EC – 3 Posts)
  • Magistrate Office: Joubertina (Ref No: 70/26EC – 1 Post)

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

Skills and competencies:

  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Administrative and organisational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Customer service skills
  • Document management and filing
  • Numerical skills

DUTIES:

Key Performance Areas:

  • Provide general clerical support services
  • Provide supply chain clerical support within the component
  • Provide personnel administration clerical support
  • Provide financial administration support
