POSITION: Administration Clerk – 4 Posts Available
SALARY:
R228 321 – R268 950 per year
The successful candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement.
LOCATION / CENTRES:
- Magistrate Office: Port Elizabeth (Ref No: 69/26EC – 3 Posts)
- Magistrate Office: Joubertina (Ref No: 70/26EC – 1 Post)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
Skills and competencies:
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Customer service skills
- Document management and filing
- Numerical skills
DUTIES:
Key Performance Areas:
- Provide general clerical support services
- Provide supply chain clerical support within the component
- Provide personnel administration clerical support
- Provide financial administration support
