Salary: R338 106 per annum

About the Position

The Compensation Fund is inviting applications for the position of Finance Administration Officer: Estates. The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing estate claims, processing employer estate matters, and supporting financial administration functions within the Compensation Fund.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

  • An Undergraduate Qualification (NQF Level 6) recognised by SAQA in:
    • Financial Management
    • Financial Accounting
    • Cost and Management Accounting
    • Auditing
  • At least 1 year of experience in a liquidation or estate claims environment

Knowledge Requirements

Key Responsibilities

Estate Claims Administration

  • Receive and review estate claims
  • Process and arrange incoming correspondence according to revenue significance
  • Review registered employer estates
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial and legislative requirements

Financial Administration

  • Support revenue management processes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Assist with financial control and compliance activities

Supervision

  • Supervise and guide staff members
  • Monitor performance and ensure quality service delivery
